There are many signs that may indicate a need for speech or language therapy — and they can look different for each individual. We support clients with communication challenges related to speech clarity, language development and expression, and thinking or memory skills. Please see our services page for more detailed information. If you’re unsure whether speech therapy is the right step, we offer a free phone consultation to help guide you.

You can fill out the contact form on our website or reach out directly via phone or email to schedule a free phone consultation. During this call, we’ll answer any additional questions you may have and help you schedule your first appointment.
-
The first session typically includes a comprehensive evaluation to assess your or your loved one’s speech and language needs. We’ll discuss goals and outline a personalized therapy plan.
-
Evaluations are typically 90 minutes, and therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes, though this can vary based on individual needs and goals.
-
Many clients are able to use their insurance for partial reimbursement of therapy. We’ll provide the receipts your plan needs and guide you in checking your benefits before your first appointment so you know what to expect. Because every plan is different, we’ll work with you to figure out what information your insurance company will need and help you determine your options. We are considered an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. Payment is made at the time of service, and you can submit for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
Please note: We do not accept Original Medicare (Part B) or Medicaid. Federal regulations do not allow speech-language pathologists to accept private payment for services covered under those programs. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan (Part C), coverage varies depending on the specific plan.
